Event Photography Pricing
In addition to wedding photography, I love all kinds of event photography. I photograph corporate holiday parties, conventions, food-and-beverage-related events, grand openings, and any other kind of event you can think of. I am happy to photograph events with just a handful of people up to events with thousands of attendees.
I photograph events with the same care and attention I give to my weddings, and I love doing it.
I know how to photograph your event to capture all the excitement so that it looks great on your website and social media. I make sure to get photos of any sponsors that may be involved so they know they're getting their money's worth. With an eye for detail and a passion for perfection, I will help show your event in the best light.
Since all events have different requirements, pricing is done on a per-event basis. Please contact me for a custom quote for your event.
There is a $50 per-day fee for downtown events to help cover parking and incidentals.
Non-Profits and Fundraisers
I photograph dozens of events a year for non-profits, including fundraisers, galas, parties, and more. I do offer special rates for non-profits.
Multi-Day Events
Multi-day events, such as conferences and South by Southwest events, may qualify for a bulk discount. Please contact me to find out more.
Step-and-Repeat Photography
Step-and-repeat photography is a specialty of mine. I am able to offer photography with a custom lighting setup and can also do immediate onsite printing, social media uploading stations, and custom backdrop printing.
