Since you’re looking at wedding photography prices, chances are very good that you’re wondering, “How much does a wedding photographer cost?”
In a city like Austin, the average price for a wedding photographer can vary wildly. I’ve found that most talented, creative, and artistic wedding photographers tend to fall into the range of $4,000-$6,000 for an 8-hour wedding.
I believe my wedding photography prices are an excellent value for the level of beautiful photography, remarkable customer service, and heirloom-quality albums you receive.

Wedding Photography
I charge $500 per hour of photography.
Typical Saturday weddings need between 6 and 8 hours of photography to capture the entire event. More-involved weddings with multiple locations, many guests (175+), or long receptions may require between 8 and 10 hours to capture the whole day.
Saturday weddings must be a minimum of 6 hours. However, 4-6 hour weddings may be booked within one month of the wedding date if I still have the date available.
Weddings on major holidays are subject to an additional fee.
Some weddings, especially larger or longer events, would benefit from a second photographer. A second photographer can be added for $150/hour. I'm happy to offer my best recommendation as to whether your event needs one or two photographers.
Micro weddings and elopements, from one-three hours, are $450 per hour of photography.
I photograph micro weddings and elopements Monday-Friday. I do open up Saturdays and Sundays two weeks from the date if they have not been booked yet, so please contact me if you need a last-minute photographer!

Engagement sessions and bridal sessions are $500 plus tax.
Engagements and bridal sessions are great, low-pressure ways to get comfortable in front of the camera as well as to get some fabulous, frameable photos to show at your wedding and hang in your home.
Engagement and bridals sessions may be purchased separately from wedding photography. Some couples choose to do this if they are visiting Austin for their engagement session but are having their wedding elsewhere. I am always happy to travel for weddings though!

Photo Booth Rentals
A photo booth is a great addition to your wedding photography package. Whether you're looking for a way to capture photos of all your guests at their silliest or wanting an interesting, personalized favor for guests to bring home, a photo booth is the right choice.
Photo booth rentals are discounted when included with wedding photography. The discounted photo booth price is $700 plus tax for up to three hours with additional hours at $100/hour.
